**UpDeFi 协议**将由 UpDeFi DAO管理。用户需要持有并锁定UP代币才能参与UpDeFi DAO。

UpDeFi将协议收入的**90%**分配给UP持币用户。UP持币用户只需要将UP代币质押在UpDeFi平台，即可参与质押UP代币的收益策略，获得协议收入。
